EyewitnessTV , I don't know if you have ever purchased prerecorded VHS tapes or not, but I thought this might be of interest. Someone from Hobart is selling several prerecorded VHS tapes on Ebay for $20. According to the description, they are full of TV content from the 1980s and 1990s. At first I was considering purchasing the tapes, but i'm not going to pay $40 (postage fees included) for VHS tapes.  Nope, I’ve actually never bought any secondhand VHS tapes online before. All those ones I took a picture of (on the last page) is from my own personal collection dating back to the very early 90s.  Yes, AussieTV brought this to my attention a few weeks ago. I’m keeping an eye on them for a potential price drop, but as it stands I’m not willing to pay $20 on just 10 old tapes, thanks. This could be the reason why very few have been sold,as it’s not worth it. I don’t care much for the 90s stuff as I’ve got loads from that period already, but stuff from the 80s could be interesting to look at.  $150 for some tapes?! What a ripoff.

I know it would depend on how many VHS tapes are on offer, but I don't think I would ever pay anything over $12 for prerecorded VHS tapes. It just depends on what the seller is offering. For instance, a few months ago, I happened to come across a listing on Gumtree which offered over 300 prerecorded VHS tapes for free and it had content such as 9/11 coverage, news bulletins and old commercials on them. Because the seller was based in Melbourne, I would have had to pay for postage for a few VHS tapes (I wasn't going to buy all 300 of them ), but that wouldn't have worried me so much. The seller was open to sending a few of the tapes through postage, but then he deleted the listing and never contacted me about it.

Oops @zampakid EyewitnessTV , forgot to say that he is willing to bring the price down. I paid $25 for about 80. He sells them for 50 cents, however will bring the price down for bulk purchase. I would never spend that much!!! However he said he had over 1000

I came across this while going through some old stuff today:   I didn’t even know I had this and where and when it was bought, to be honest. I’m yet to watch the included DVD, but it looks really interesting though!
