I just had satay chicken and fried rice for dinner, so that was the inspiration for this thread. What is your favourite Chinese food? Perhaps unsurprisingly, my favourite Chinese food is satay chicken.  I also like Honey Chicken and fried rice as well.

Fried rice with pepper steak, orange chicken, dumplings, eggrolls... Chinese takeout is really just the best thing ever man.

Sichuan chicken, as spicy as possible Nope. I really can’t stand anything overpowered with spice. The heat ruins the meal for me. Mild is about my limit.

Haha my boyfriend hates my taste in Chinese food too. I'm all about Sichuan and Hunan while he just wants Western-style and Hong Kong/Cantonese at most adventurous

Good ol' fried rice. Either shrimp, egg or chicken works. Honey chicken, pepper steak, eggrolls. Those thick noodles.

Most times I favour Honey Chicken with Curry Chicken but lately a mix of Honey Chicken and Mongolian Beef.
