By the end of this decade we're going to look back on the 10s like the 90s back in 2009. Not saying the 10s were a good decade either. I'll be satisfied and relieved if this decade is only as bad as the 2000s. I'm expecting this decade to be apocalyptic for the USA and it's going to be a rough ride for the rest of the world as well since so much of the global economy depends on the USA. I'm already calling that the 2010s are this century's "roaring twenties."

Still too early to decide. But what a grim start to the decade regardless.
