What are the worst songs you've ever heard, so bad that it gives you a headache listening to it, or maybe because it's just so terrible and not your taste.
For me:
1. Rachel Platten - Fight Song
2. The Chainsmokers & Coldplay - Something Just Like This (honestly, I dislike nearly all The Chainsmokers songs but this one is the worst IMO.)
3. Jake Paul - It's Everyday Bro
4. Imagine Dragons - Thunder
5. Soulja Boy Tell'em - Crank That

1. Ray Stevens - "Bridget the Midget (The Queen of the Blues)" 2. Fergie - "M.I.L.F. $" 3. Hopsin - "Happy Ending" 4. Wayne Fontana & The Mindbenders - "The Game of Love" 5. Nickelback - "Rockstar"
Cardi B's "Bodak Yellow" is really close to this list. It climbed up quite a bit on my worst of the 2010s list after I found out what a prejudiced and heartless attention-monger Cardi is and not actually a kind, sympathetic person at heart. It makes an already ear-grating song even more unbearable because of who's rapping it.
The only reason I left it off is because Cardi probably comes from a background that fosters a much more abrasive mindset that speaks more directly to certain people, whether or not I can really empathize myself, while every song in my top 5 is an absolute embarrassment and disgrace to life and society at large and which never should have been unleashed upon the world. "Bodak Yellow" and "Bartier Cardi" are still both audio torture to me personally, though, and even though I imagine they resonate with some people in the world, especially one as broken down as what we have now, the narcissistic spitefulness those songs convey still don't send any message of positivity aside from temporary catharsis. I don't know.

Just because I felt like it, here are brief summaries as to why I hate my top 5 songs so much:
1. Ray Stevens - "Bridget the Midget (The Queen of the Blues)" - A sloppily composed trainwreck with absolutely unbearable gimmick vocals. Even if this was specifically intended for little kids, I know I'd still absolutely despise it if I was 3.
2. Fergie - "M.I.L.F. $" - Oh the horror. This is so desperately raunchy that it's not only auditory vomit, it's even disturbingly tragic.
3. Hopsin - "Happy Ending" - It's hard to come across anything that's in as bad taste as this. Joke or not, this song just illustrates every gross, racist, and lowbrow thought attainable to humankind.
4. Wayne Fontana & The Mindbenders - "The Game of Love" - The epitome of both forceful sexism and evangelical heteronormativity, regardless of whether or not it was self-conscious of its regressive social values. Because it's such a simple composition, it drills its filthy agenda right into your skull, unlike Kylie and Robbie's "Kids", which only has one awful line in this fashion that blips by the second verse and is surrounded by pop gold.
5. Nickelback - "Rockstar" - Irredeemable to the core, both in its shamelessly hedonistic lyrics as well as its stodgily redneck production. It's an absolute chore trying to listen thru this.
