I don't know if this sounds like it's from 2008:

This song definitely has an early 2000's vibe IMO. I could definitely see it coming out in like 2002 or 2003. Don't see it at all

That song sounds very 2010/2011 to me and is one of the last early 2010s sounding hits. A lot of 2014 songs sound like they belong to the early 2010s. Not really. Songs were getting noticeably slower and more minimal by 2014, and things that were huge in the early 2010s like the electrohouse buzzsaw synths and dubstep were completely out-of-fashion. "Break Free" is definitely a great example of a typical early 2010s song, her other songs from the same album like "One Last Time" and "Problem" were much more in line with what was popular in '14/'15 however.

Released in 2013 Sounds 2019
I honestly don't see this song as being even 2013 at all, it's very slow and honestly would fit more in line in the late 2010s than it would in the (debatably early) 2010s, it felt so out of place even with other songs released that year. This song actually reminds me quite a bit of "You Need To Calm Down" by Taylor Swift for some strange reason
(Oh wait I forgot guys, this is a thread for songs sounding BEFORE their time dammit)

A DJ was messing around with a disco record on his booth and accidentally predicted house music from years later!

Year: 2010/11 Sounds: 2008 This came out in late 2010 but was more popular in 2011 from what I remember. This was a little dated for 2011 and even 2010. Fits in the late 2000s, 2009 at the latest.
Year: 2013 (both) Sounds: 2002/03 (both) Now the production and vocals on these songs are pretty fresh and fit in 2013 when they were released, but the overall sound and melody and vibe of both these songs are very purposely early 2000s. Honestly I think “Baby I” would blend in perfectly in 2002/03 as it is.
Year: 2013/14 Sounds: 2011 A lot of Pitbull songs sound like cookie cutter “textbook” 2010s party songs. This one definitely fits that description but I think this songs fits more at home in 2011. No later than 2012 tbh
Year: 2021 Sounds: 2016-18 Drake is like Apple, he releases the same thing every year and somehow people still get excited about it. I don’t even have to talk about how much of Drakes music sounds the same as it did half a decade ago. He’s been releasing the same album since Views(2016)
Year: 2009/10 Sounds: 2006 This was recorded in 2008, released in 2009, but was popular in 2010. It being recorded in 08 makes sense because this song sounds pretty core 2000s. When compared to other hip hop hits of 2010 like Your Love by Nicki Minaj, Find Your Love by Drake, or POWER by Kanye West, it sounds pretty primitive. This fits in well with songs like Grillz by Nelly, Ridin by Chamillionaire, and Snap Yo Fingers by Lil Jon, all being released in 2006.

I mean I guess this song's aesthetics feel vaguely Y2K, but the production and the rap style feel incredibly late 80s. I nearly can't believe this came out the same year as OutKast's Aquemini.
