Don't get me wrong, I still like inthe00s. Personality Cafe is ok though. But there are some great things about Popedia that inthe00s and PerC don't really seem to have. Here are some aspects that make Popedia better than inthe00s and PerC (IMO)
It's easier to make your profile pictures as gifs It's the easiest to sign up You don't have such a restrictive limit to how big your signature can be unlike on inthe00s The threads aren't as repetitive There are plenty of themes to choose from You can "LOL" at posts You can listen to the radio from different countries You can watch TV shows from different countries Popedia doesn't expose your messages unlike inthe00s It's a lot more active than the PerC generation subforums The layout for Popedia looks much more decorative than the layout for both PerC and inthe00s The admins will let you have a vote for updates You can post as a guest for some subforums You can change your name without asking an admin
Do you have anything to add on?

Thanks rainbow! I really appreciate hearing that. I won't give any examples, because it would be bias for me to do so.

Less decadeology/generationology is a huge plus – results in less pointless arguments and a more pleasant atmosphere on this forum in general. And also to be honest, I hate the whole karma thing too. It has been a source of many pointless arguments as well!

It's nice how new topics get started more often and it's not too stagnant in terms of activity, yet not so busy you can't keep up with topics.

You guys on Popedia are really awesome. I like inthe00s, but the topics do get repetitive and it's much harder to sign up for.

I don't know what those websites are but one of them looks like the recent layout update was all the way back in its heydays of 2006.
