I can't see who voted for each option in the poll. Although, there isn't a way to "hide" a vote at all, so even if someone were to vote for a certain year, the tally would still increase by one.

No. If someone opts to "Hide Age & Birth", it is not possible to view the age they used to sign up for Popedia, even as an admin or staff member.
