If you want to know what the joys and hardships of coming of age in the 2000s was like, ask away! I love getting nostalgic! Or you know, ask me random things about current matters too.

What is your favourite year of the 2000s? Maaaybe the year 2003 because that was the year I got my license, had three awesome summer youth group outings. One being a hotel getaway where we went glow in the dark bowling, the other trips being to an amusement park and to a zoo, and went to two concerts. So, best summer of my life?

Sounds like it was a pretty good year for you then! What did you think of the Emo scene of the Mid-Late 2000s? Did you ever take an interest in it?

When I was still in high school the alternative kids would wear black band t-shirts from Hot Topic and those Tripp pants with the straps and chains, with studded belts and bracelets. Babybat goth is what some call that look. The kids who dressed more emo-ish described themselves more as punk and didn't use the term emo. My style was more band t-shirt studded belts and jeans combo. I didn't exclusively dress that way by any means, I had a fair amount girly clothes in my closet too because variety is nice. Primarily I listened (and still do) to loud rock music and sometimes rap, anything with a more exciting sound if you could say that?
