I know we aren't finished with this decade yet and it's kind of early, but I wanted to ask this because it seems like the 2010's does have a clear identity and I feel like it's pretty easy to tell due to how consistent this decade has been.
For example, you'll know you're in the 2010's when you see people with an iPhone X or something, teenagers or college students talking selfies on Snapchat or Instagram with the filters, using slang words like "lit" and "Fam" and "Bae", Hipsters, Trap and EDM songs are popular, people are dabbing, whip nae naeing, and doing the floss dance.
Do you think the 2010's has formed its identity yet?

Well, considering that we are currently in April 2018, I think it's fair to suggest that the 2010s have indeed formed their own identity. Although, much like the 2000s, it's identity probably won't become more apparent until 5-10 years time.

The identity was very obvious early in the decade to me. Hipsters, smartphones, H&M, electronic dance music, Great Recession, Obama (and now Trump), Superhero movies and TV shows, social media etc.

Only the most stubborn/out-of-touch people won't admit that at this point.

I'm anticipating this being known as the eyebrow decade.

I'm anticipating this being known as the eyebrow decade. Just out of curiosity, why the eyebrow decade?

I'm anticipating this being known as the eyebrow decade. Just out of curiosity, why the eyebrow decade? Because a lot of women in the 2010s shape their eyebrows in a quite big way with make-up It's a ridiculous claim tho, it's not like the 80s are known as the "bushy eyebrows decade" or the 90s as "plucked to death decade"

I'm anticipating this being known as the eyebrow decade. Just out of curiosity, why the eyebrow decade? Because the huge blocky instagram eyebrows seem to be the bizarre, widespread and easily identifiable trend that will be for us what the mullet was for the 80's. Though maybe the undercut is more comparable to the mulket, idk.

Though in all fairness, eyebrows have become a topic of conversation/an entire segment of the beauty industry, far more than they ever used to be. If by chance it dies out as a trend, then it may be a fairly significant identifier of the decade's aesthetic.
