So in my dream, I go to sleep on May 15th, 2018 at 12:00 AM. Then I wake up and go in my basement and I see that my sister is downstairs with party stuff watching the TV. I didn't know what it was until my sister told me it was New Years Eve 2019, and that the ball was dropping for 2020. I was really confused because I don't remember experiencing 2019 at all, and I only experienced a little less than half of 2018. So I told her "But I don't even remember experiencing 2019" and she was shocked that I said that. Like she just looked at me as if I was crazy. And I was just so confused in my dream. Also, no, I did not see any signs of 2020's culture in that dream.

Haha, interesting to hear. Who knows, the dream could be some sort of premonition and your sister might be downstairs with party stuff on NYE next year. I personally haven't had a dream about 2019 or 2020, although last year, I did happen to have a dream which was set 10 years into the future (2027). In the dream, I walked into my loungeroom and noticed that on the weather forecast which was shown on TV, every single location in Sydney was going to be reach 50C (122 Fahrenheit) the next day. The strange thing was, I wasn't even surprised by those temperatures. It was a pretty depressing dream actually.

Lmao. I have never had a dream that involved time/years/decades, come to think of it most of my dreams (the very few I actually remember) are really dumb. They never really have any context and they always involve really random people I know and most of the time it ends with something really stupid like getting into a fight or falling off a cliff.

That doesn't sound good. At least the dreams that you remember are just random and have no real meanings. Most of mine are really depressing.

Honestly, by the end of the year I don't remember much of what's happened because has anything even felt real since 2012?

This has been said before but knowing the Summer weather they've received in recent years, unfortunately I wouldn't be overly surprised if parts of Western Sydney like Penrith actually manage to crack the 50°C mark in the next decade or so!

Yep, I agree. I think it's almost inevitable that parts of Sydney will reach 50C sometime within the next decade or so. It's clear that temperatures are gradually rising over time, as proven by the amount of weather records which have been broken in recent years. Also, according to my dream, Amber Sherlock will still be presenting the weekday forecast for Nine News Sydney in 2027.

Even just in the last year or so, we've seen Sydney get it's hottest July day on record, what would've had to been our hottest Easter on record (or the hottest we've experienced for many years at least) and Summer-like conditions continuing until about mid-April! Also, according to my dream, Amber Sherlock will still be presenting the weekday forecast for Nine News Sydney in 2027. LOL, I wonder what sort of On-Air Presentation that Nine News Sydney will have in 2027 according to this dream!

It makes you wonder how some people can be so vocally opposed to the idea of global warming. It has been scientifically proven that global warning is a genuine concern and the evidence is definitely there. Even with Sydney regularly reaching the 40s during the Summer and breaking records each year, I guess you can't change some people's opinions. Sorry if I got your hopes up, but it was exactly the same as the On-Air Presentation used in 2017. I somehow have my doubts that will be the case!

I didn't know what it was until my sister told me it was New Years Eve 2019, Lol, don't know what made me think of it, but I suddenly remembered this thread that you created about NYE 2019. So I assume that none of the events in the dream became real?
