For me, the most recent time period that feels worlds away in terms of my personal life is early-mid 2013. (January-August 2013)

early-mid 2013 was the last time I was in elementary school.
early-mid 2013 was the last time that I wasn't in puberty yet.
early-mid 2013 was the last time I didn't know one of my very best friends that I have right now.
early-mid 2013 was the last time I didn't pay that much attention to popular mainstream songs or pop culture in general (this actually applies to all of 2013 for me)
