Like my father who said if you've enough in your pocket for a curry you ain't doing too bad, I have a strong consitution (aka stomach made of iron) and so have been able to eat Phal and Vindaloo is likely my flagship with a garlic or Peshwari naan and keema or special rice.
In this poll, if you love curry, what is your favourite dish?

I made a lamb Madras earlier although technically it ought to be called Chennai now. I used two Tilda rices, lime and coriander and cocunut / lemongrass with red pepper, chestnut mushrooms, spring onion AND the occasional raisin! Washed down with three bottles (small bottles mind) of Carlsberg Export, this type of dinner is highly recommended!

Korma because I don't like it too hot. Me too, except I like my chicken qorma spicy. Coming home from a freezing winter day it can really warm you up Chicken chana (chickpeas) daal is the greatest though. All my protein, fibre and fat needs in one dish and it tastes great. Fair enough, Shark. I will only eat vegetarian curry because I am vegan. I became flexitarian this month. Cut out eggs and red meat for now and vegetarian Tuesdays. Going to work myself up to vegan one day.

I love Indian food, but rarely go get it. When I do go I order the chicken tikka with a side of garlic flat bread to dip in it.
