It looks my area is going to be slightly warmer than seasonal, and will be seasonal in terms of precipitation. More precisely, late September and most of October will be as seasonal, while November will be more mild. I hope it turns out to true! I hate November! But they are predicting a deep freeze somewhere in October, and that's when they're predicting the first day of snow. For your sake, I hope the weather does turn out to be warmer than seasonal. Experiencing -10C - -20C degree temperatures would never be enjoyable.

Todays forecast: High of 21C/Low of 11C. Sounds like it's going to be a nice day then! It's only expected to reach a high of 16C here.

But for the most part it stays slightly above the freezing point. But it's still rather chilly, and very gloomy on top of that. "Sunny November day" sounds like an oxymoron.

Today is the autumn equinox, which marks the first official day of autumn in the Northern Hemisphere. Today will be roughly 12 hours of day and 12 hours of night. Moving forward, the nights will be longer than the days. 21st September High: 32°C / Low: 9°C. Sunny in the morning. Torrential rain with heavy winds (50 km/h) and gusts up to 80 km/h late in the afternoon, which turned into a tornado as it was heading east towards Québec. Cooling off quickly in the evening. What a start to autumn it was! It felt like almost like a four-seasons-in-one-day kind of day had it been a few degrees colder at night. I caught this photo of a rainbow as the storm was moving away.

Nice photo. It's interesting how weather events like that tend to happen around the start of a new season. For instance, I remember the start of Winter for us this year was noticeably cold and a complete change from the weather we had been experiencing just a week or so earlier. Either way, I hope you enjoy the warm weather while it lasts!

Partly cloudy. I actually secretely love this weather. It's not hot, but it's not cold either.

I went to a drive to Goulburn today, an inland city about an hour and a half south-west from where I live. It reached a maximum of about 17c, although I was inside for most of the day. I actually secretely love this weather. It's not hot, but it's not cold either. Haha, i'm not surprised, especially with how extreme Summers and Winters are in Richmond Hill!

How can you stay inside with such nice weather! One of the benefits of cooler weather that I totally forgot about (because we barely had a spring this year) is that it's a lot more comfortable to exercise in this 10°C - 18°C weather. I barely sweat! And all the mosquitos are gone, thank the Lord! (or not, for inventing those monsters :X) 23rd September High: 21°C / Low: 10°C. Sunny. It has begun!

If I had of been at a nicer location, I would have stayed outdoors for sure! It's just that Goulburn isn't exactly a great place to be going sight-seeing. I like to refer to it as Nowra's "brother"; it's pretty ordinary. Yeah, I agree that 10-18C is the most ideal temperature range. Not only are there less mosquitoes around, but all the flies are gone as well.
