Sorry to hear that. For me personally, it would have been when I had fractured my left wrist five years ago. It wasn't actually so bad when I fractured it, it was more so in the hours after I had done it.

This is kind of difficult for me to answer because I don't have that much physical pain in my life and I don't remember all of it. As of now, I'd probably say when I was getting stitches for the second time and I felt something extremely sharp. It felt like I was literally getting stabbed in the lip by a sharp needle but I had to stay still and just suck it up at the time. I almost wanted to cry too.

I always suspected I was mildly allergic or have some kind of averse reaction to almonds, but I never got myself tested nor was I all that vigilant. My mom bought me chocolate that was filled with almond bits. I devoured it and only found out afterwards that the nuts in it were almonds.
Next day, I felt like I had to pee all the time (even after I had just peed), and then finally there was a massive pain in my bladder/kidney area. I was on my knees, I could barely move, I thought I might be dying LOL. Anyway, it eventually subsided. I wanted to go see the doctor about it but I got busy.
Also it's a cruel joke that World Almond Day is on the same day as my birthday.

When I was 15, was playing cricket, wasn't really paying attention and smack cricket ball in the head. Knocked me out for 5 minutes or so, thumping headache for the next few days.
Who was to know all those screams of "DUCK" was not meaning there was a lake nearby.
Also a cricket ball slamming into the jatz crackers wasn't much fun either.

It's odd you ask this because right now I'm in a lot of pain, I've got this burning sensation in my throat as well as a fever.
But the worst pain I've ever felt was probably when I was 11 and got sunburned all over my neck and back after spending a whole afternoon in an inflatable pool.

Ohhh, that reminds me, I did get hit with a golf ball straight to the side of my head (near my ear) when I was about 11. It was travelling really fast. I started crying really badly, which was a bit embarrassing. I had a huge lump there for a couple of months, and ringing in my ear.

Also it's a cruel joke that World Almond Day is on the same day as my birthday. That does seem to have been an allergic reaction of some kind, especially since you experienced severe pain in the kidney area. I couldn't imagine how horrible that must have felt. I'm not allergic to anything (at least as far as I know), so I can't say that I have experienced anything like the symptoms/effects you went through. It's odd you ask this because right now I'm in a lot of pain, I've got this burning sensation in my throat as well as a fever. But the worst pain I've ever felt was probably when I was 11 and got sunburned all over my neck and back after spending a whole afternoon in an inflatable pool. Sorry to hear about that. How long have you had the burning sensation in your throat for? If it doesn't improve over the next few days, it might be worth going to the doctors about it.

When I was 17 I got a real bad earache mixed with a sore throat and a stuffy nose and a bad cough. I literally really couldn’t sleep cause my ear kept hurting so bad, I was actually kind of deaf for three or two days before I got better. I was in 12th grade at the time and I had to skip two days cause of that shit.
I think I got it after I gave my gf at the time a hug when she got sick, I underestimated how bad she was really feeling so I ended up getting it bad too 😂

That would have to be when I broke my right arm when I was 9, in the summer break between 3rd & 4th grade.

The most painful thing i've experienced was when I broke my ankle at School as a result of tripping over during cross country. Screaming a lot profanities outta me to not focus on the pain which didn't work!

Its hard for me to choose tbh. There are only 4 moments where I can recall being in severe pain.
One time when I was 10 while I was trying to turn a faucet my thumb for a very brief moment bent COMPLETELY in the wrong direction. It returned back to normal when I stopped putting pressure on it.
The next moment happened when I was 11. I wasn't paying attention and ended up getting my right pinky slammed in a metal door. It completely destroyed my nail.
The next two actually happened last year! First was when me and my friends had to cook Japanese food for a project. We made a desert called Dango. Unfortunately, mine was under cooked or something made wrong because for the next like two days I was INCREDIBLY sick. I could hardly walk, eat,or speak. I was bed ridden for that whole weekend.
The last time was pretty similar to the Dango one except it didn't last as long. But one night for some reason my stomach was absolutely furious with me! I got out of bed 13 TIMES to vomit. It was to the point where I was getting out of bed every 10-20 minutes just to go to the bathroom.
