If you consider legal to be the opposite of illegal, then I guess. But literally nobody is going to say “I’m illegal until my 18th birthday”

It doesn't apply to the people themselves. When you become of legal age, it simply means you are now old old enough to enjoy privileges which would otherwise be restricted to those not of legal age.

umm were u dropped on ur head as a baby or something? do u realize how many ppl would be thrown into jail if everyone under 18 was illegal? u would be in jail for 18 freakin years....but lets face it school is basically juvenile prison .-.

umm were u dropped on ur head as a baby or something? do u realize how many ppl would be thrown into jail if everyone under 18 was illegal? u would be in jail for 18 freakin years....but lets face it school is basically juvenile prison .-. Arrest everyone born after July 3, 2000.
