SkittlesCat is back on PersonalityCafe

I have banned numerous IP addresses that SkittlesCat has used over the past 8-9 months. He constantly uses different IP addresses to access Popedia. If he ever does try to register for an account again, the moderator team and I will make sure that the forum is not under threat in anyway and his account will be terminated immediately. We won't let him cause any more trouble on the forum.
