Most boring time of the day

What do you think is the most boring time of the day?
For me personally, I feel like 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM is the most boring part of the day. It's currently 3:00 PM as I'm typing this and I can say that it is definitely boring. It's afternoon but it's not evening yet. 5:00 PM is that little transition, but 6:00 PM is when I'd say it's not as boring anymore.
