I'll just drop some 2006 commercials I remember here It's amazing how outdated those commercials look now. I don't remember seeing those ads (since I live outside of the US), but they definitely make me feel nostalgic for the era!

By this time I had completely lost all interest in the music scene.

I can relate! I'm very nostalgic for the Mid 2000s as well. Just out of curiosity, what were your favourite games on the Gameboy Advance SP? I had an SP as well and one of my favourite games on the console was Happy Feet (it was based off the movie).

One of my Facebook friends shared this photo a few hours ago. Which album would you choose? Honestly, I wouldn't go for any of them.

I remember when Xbox360 and PS3 came out, I remember still using Xanga while also on MySpace, I remember being excited about the Eragon movie that had come out, and I remember the whole skunk hair trend I did not partake in.

I can remember when the Xbox 360 and PS3 were released as well. It's hard to believe that they came out over a decade ago now!

I'm watching "Hostage" at the moment, a 2005 thriller starring Bruce Willis, and the one thing that has really stood out for me is how dated the film actually looks now. I don't just mean in terms of obsolete technology, the film itself looks noticeably old.

Apologies for the double post, but I came across this on one of my home videos and I just had to share it. This is from a recording of me and my cousins singing a Linkin Park song back in 2006. I will spare you from my horrible singing skills by not sharing any more photos/videos of it. I'm not really sure what website the video is from. Anyway, it just seemed like such a quintessential 2000s thing, which is why I decided to share it.

I was too young to remember the mid 2000s. I was only 0-1 and haven't formed my first conscious memories yet. Heck, by the time I became fully aware of my surroundings and environment, the 2000s were already over.

Heck, by the time I became fully aware of my surroundings and environment, the 2000s were already over. That's understandable. Just out of curiosity, what do you think of the 2000s? Do you wish you were old enough to truly experience them?
