I was too young to remember the mid 2000s. I was only 0-1 and haven't formed my first conscious memories yet. Heck, by the time I became fully aware of my surroundings and environment, the 2000s were already over.  That's understandable. Just out of curiosity, what do you think of the 2000s? Do you wish you were old enough to truly experience them? I never cared for the 2000s, except for historical events, of course.

I've just finished listening to "Lonely Day" by System of a Down and gee it makes me feel really nostalgic for 2005. Every time I hear it, it's as if i'm transported back to that year.

This is something I was thinking about earlier this evening. What shows did everyone used to watch back in the Mid 2000s?
Some of my favourite shows at the time were:
* Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius
* Malcolm in the Middle
* The Wild Thornberrys
* Jakers! The Adventures of Piggly Winks
* Arthur
* Spongebob Squarepants
* Ned's Declassified
* The Koala Brothers
* Kim Possible
* Two and a Half Men
* The Price is Right
I know my childhood would have undoubtedly influenced my perception of the era, but I personally think the Mid 2000s were generally a better era for television than the present time.

The only things I remember doing in 2006:
*Going to McDonalds and wetting myself in the Play area
*Going to Disney World and staying at a nice resort

I used to hate 2004 but now it's one of my favourite years in music, and TV shows goes without saying.
