The name of the song isn't too appealing.

Here are a few more guilty pleasure songs of mine:
This might come as a surprise, but I actually don't mind "Dilemma". Admittedly, it does make me feel a bit nostalgic for 2002, even though I have no memories of when "Dilemma" was a Top-40 hit. It's strange how music works.
As someone who is a massive fan of the '90s alternative-scene, this really isn't the type of music that I generally choose to listen to. However, I don't mind this Eurodance-inspired pop song from 2010. I still can't believe this was never a hit in Europe.
When this was released back in Late 2017, I wasn't a fan of this song at all. It didn't help matters that it was overplayed by the Top-40 radio stations at the time as well. However, it has grown on me since then and I actually quite like it now. I would even consider it to be one of my favourite songs from 2017.

It's strange how music works. You can sort of get a sense of what a year was like even if you have little to no memories of that time based on cultural proximity to whatever age you do remember experiencing. Possibly, there are songs from later in the 2000s with vague similarities to "Dilemma", or you simply heard the song a fair amount a few years after it was a hit. For me personally, the 1980s seem quite homely to me, even though I wasn't born yet, because for the post part the technology and occasionally the media was pretty similar to what I remember growing up with as a little kid in the '90s and early 2000s. Many of the VHS tapes or music cassettes we had were even from the '80s or early '90s.

In this instance, I do have memories of 2002 and while they are mostly vague, my memories of 2002 are substantial enough to create an impression of what the year was like as such. My overall perception of the year is likely strengthened by the fact that I can remember 2003 vividly, which relates back to the point you made about being able to get a sense of what a year was like if it's in close proximity to a time you have clearer memories of.

I heard this song on the radio yesterday afternoon. I've listened to it a few times over the years, but I never knew who sang it or what the name of the song was. As much as I don't like to admit it, I actually don't mind this song. I particularly like the chorus and the backing track. Never would I have ever thought that I would like a Five song.

Not going to lie, this is probably my biggest guilty pleasure song. I just find it really catchy and I know I shouldn't.

Absolutely ashamed of loving this 80s Italo-Disco song so much.
It's in the "so cheesy it's good" category with the chorus being geniunely catchy as well as the enjoyable Hi-NRG-ersque synths, and the rap part is pretty laughable (though it was shortened for the clip). The verses are pretty damn bad tho.

I don't like Nicki when she does Pop music, she's so much better when she does quirky Hardcore Hip Hop instead as she has such a presence and attitude that make wonders for it, while on Pop it usually just ends up being grating at best.
But even then I can't deny this song is highly catchy, enjoyably light and is completely free of nasty, highly unpleasant synth stabs that ruined her other Pop singles like "Starships" or "Pound the Alarm" during her Roman Reloaded era.
