Sash!, a eurodance group best known for literally everything on this CD complation were successful in many countries, especially the UK. In Australia, their songs managed to flop onto the 20-40 border, with "Adelante" (No.4) being a exception (video below).

Nice idea for a thread. Here are a few that I can think of: Weezer: For reasons why I don't understand, Weezer only has a niche' following here in Australia. "Beverly Hills" never charted here, and neither did their debut album (which contains their biggest hits, "Buddy Holly" and "Undone (The Sweater Song)". Their highest chart placement on the ARIA Singles Chart is just a pathetic #63, which was a feat achieved by "Undone (The Sweater Song)" back in 1994. I don't understand why they have struggled to achieve success down here, because they're not an unknown band. People know who they are. In fact, Triple M (a rock radio station) even plays "Buddy Holly" from time to time. I have even seen "Buddy Holly" and "Undone (The Sweater Song)" played on a music TV channel on the odd occasion. Australia embraced a lot of alternative-rock artists/bands during the '90s, so why have Weezer never really caught on among the Australian public? Cardi B: Cardi B has struggled to develop a strong fan base in Australia. She has tasted some success, sure, but she isn't a household name or a staple on Top-40 radio. "Bodak Yellow" peaked at just #33 last year, which was her lowest chart placement out of all the anglosphere countries (Canada, US, UK, Australia & New Zealand). "I Like It" managed to reach a high of #14, but yet again, it was her lowest chart placement out of the anglosphere countries. The rest of her singles have all failed to crack the Top-50. "Be Careful" peaked at just #65, her collaboration with Migos and Nicki Minaj ("Motorsport") topped out at #74, "Bartier Cardi" peaked at #77 and her most recent single ("Money") reached a measly peak of #65. Thank goodness the Australian public realise that she is a terrible artist.

Lana Del Rey: She has more of a cult following in Australia. Her biggest hits were "Young and Beautiful" (both the original and the Cedric Gervais version, although radio stations went with Kaskade's remix) and "Summertime Sadness" (the Cedric Gervais version), reaching #8 and #3. If she releases a single nowadays, it'll usually go the 40-50 border and not gain airplay

Steps - Very big deal during the Y2K era worldwide, but not ONE hit in America.
Atomic Kitten - They showed up on a soundtrack or two, but never had a single American hit. Even “Whole Again” failed to chart here. Blame the dramatic failure of the Spice Girls’ Forever.
Jess Glynne - Why do Americans resist her so much? She’s one of the better pop artists currently working. Ugh.
Texas - They were only briefly a minor thing at the end of the ‘80s in America. Once they made a comeback in 1997 and dropped the last vestiges of their country influences, nobody from America was going to promote a Scottish band called Texas.
Kylie Minogue - She was a total soccer singer in the US except in 1988 and 2002. Her sales would rival Madonna had she not been so unpopular in America.
Robbie Williams - One of the biggest music superstars ever, and yet not a single top 40 hit in America.
Jamiroquai - Out here, they’re mostly just associated with the dance scene in Napoleon Dynamite.
East 17, Boyzone, Take That, Westlife, Blue, and JLS - For the most part, America HATES imported boybands.
Anastacia - Even though she’s from Chicago, it’s mostly just gay men who know her music.
Shakin’ Stevens - I don’t know how much people still remember this guy, but he was a huge hitmaker worldwide in the early 1980s...except in the US, where he had zero top 40 hits.
Many, many, many more to come later.

I need to give the charts of Belgium some more love which I will work on in 2019, but with two official charts it's hard to think of someone who never did well here!
The biggest that stands out in recent years as far as I know is Taylor Swift for who my country never was really fond of for some reason. She always does underwhelming here compared to most countries, especially in the Walloon part where she is completely rejected. She only had two marginal top 10s in the Flanders regions: "I Knew You Were Trouble" and "Look What You Made Me Do".

Here are a few other examples I can think of: Pixie Lott - Why is she completely unknown here? I've got absolutely no idea. Jess Glynne is also a British pop star and she has been hugely successful in Australia, so the fact that none of Pixie's albums have charted, nor have any of her singles entered the Top-50, is perplexing. Pendulum - Even though they're Australian, they only have a niche following in their home country. "Watercolour" is their only Top-50 hit and it peaked at just #37. Sarah McLachlan - She had a string of successful hits in Canada, the US and the UK during the 1990s and 2000s, but her highest achievement here in Australia was when "Stupid" peaked at #37 back in 2004. Her only other Top-50 hit was "Fallen", which unsurprisingly, only peaked at #41. I could maybe understand why Taylor Swift wouldn't have been too popular in Belgium during the Late 2000s/Early 2010s (back when she was more loyal to her country roots), but really, there's no excuse for her not to have developed a huge fan base in the country since then. She's one of the biggest pop stars in the world, as you know.
