Not so fast! This was the biggest song worldwide when you were born and its about as teen-pop as it gets! That was one of the rare exceptions. At least the chart from my date of birth doesn't have songs from Westlife, S Club 7, Christina Aguilera and S2S (just to name a few). Yawn. But hey, im really sorry that you didn't get to have this classic topping the charts when you were born!

Yawn. But hey, im really sorry that you didn't get to have this classic topping the charts when you were born! Haha, I don't have a problem with that! I wouldn't want to have that song topping the charts during the week I was born if I had the choice (even though it's a bit of a guilty pleasure). You shouldn't be apologising to me; it should be me apologising to you. My deepest sympathies over the fact that you didn't have these great, legendary songs on the chart when you were born: {Spoiler}

These two would be my favourite from my otherwise average birth year (besides the very talented Mr Mullet Man himself which SharksFan99 can’t get enough of ): I'm recording a cover of the second song. TBH, at least if the result isn't so good, then it still wouldn't be the worst, given that Katie Price made a cover of it with Peter Andre.

These two would be my favourite from my otherwise average birth year I struggle to find any songs from 1992 that I like Same. The year wasn’t overly memorable on the music scene. The following year was better but hey. It's interesting how the charts from our date of births are completely different from one another, even though we were only born 11 months apart! For instance, back in March 1999, alternative-rock was still going strong (e.g "Malibu", "Save Tonight") and bubblegum-pop hadn't really taken off yet. The Top-50 chart from the week you were born, on the other hand, is mostly comprised of Y2K-era teen-pop and bubblegum-pop. Not so fast! This was the biggest song worldwide when you were born and its about as teen-pop as it gets! What a great song, naaaw. I’m so jelly of Sharky now! Big fan of that song! Have we established another similarity? Great song! Another one? I’m starting to think you two are one of the same.

Who still remembers "Save the Best for Last", "End of the Road", "Would I Lie to You?" and "Jump" these days? 1993 blows it out of the water

Other than that though, there aren't really too many songs from 1992 that are likable.

I bring this up because until now, you seemed unusually tolerant of them, I guess because I had proudly voiced my love of them here.

Seriously? You're reading into this way too much. My post was only ever intended as being a light-hearted comment. If you had read the post carefully, you would realise that I was simply mentioning teen-pop artists/groups who weren't on the Top-50 chart during the week I was born. That's it. Yes, I will admit that I have never said that I like their music, but that doesn't mean that I hate their music either. I'm impartial in regards to them and I thought you would have already known that.

I read it as such because of the way you began the sentence with “at least”, like you were relieved that teen pop bands, including S Club 7, were not dominating the charts the week you were born. You’ve expresses your disapproval of that type of music before, and I had assumed that my own vocal appreciation of S Club 7 had made you respect them more than most acts of their genre. I guess I was piecing things together way too austerely here.
