Things you recall seeing in catalogues

When I was 4, just a few months before Christmas, I can remember reading catalogues which advertised new PS2's (the bulky version) for over $300. The reason why I can remember it is because I wanted a PS2 so badly at the time. Thankfully, I did receive one for Christmas that year and I still have it to this day.
