Has anyone mentioned the most obvious one yet (Windows 95)? Oh you mean like that commercial that they were airing every second of the day about the future, 98 had one as well had Madonna in it.

Madonna's Human Nature from 1995 has a semi-Y2K vibe to it, its kind of like 'in between-sounding' like a Core 90s R&B song and Y2K Teen Pop song. The music video also has a very Y2K feel to it, way ahead of it's time!
And I know this doesnt count but Michael and Janet Jackson's song Scream has a super Y2K vibe to its music video, ahead of it's time with the visuals

Here are some things from 1995/Early 1996:
Ace of Base's Beautiful Life was produced by Max Martin and has a Y2Kish bubblegum Eurodance sound. Also, with Lucky Love which is again produced by Max Martin, has Y2K Teen Pop elements which is close to what you'd hear from S Club 7 songs like S Club.
Another Y2K influence is Total's 1995/96 album, though not much. Kissing You has those Y2K synths and Spanish strings which sounds fairly similar to Jlo's Love Dont Cost A Thing.
I know this doesnt really count but in Madonna's 1995 Album Bedtime Stories, the song Bedtime Story and Human Nature have the Y2K aesthetic, and both songs sound like a soundtrack from a shampoo commercial. Also, another minor Y2K influence was that All Saints started as All Saints 1.9.7.5 in 1994/95, and they had one song named I Found Lovin' which has a Semi-Y2K sound with the synthesizers.
Lastly, another Pre-Y2K/Semi-Y2K influence is with Playa Poncho's Whatz up Whatz up, released in 1995 from So So Def recordings. Its genre is Miami Bass, which sounds adjacent to the Late 1996 hit My Boo from Ghost Town DJ's, which has that Semi-Y2K bubblegum sound.

A lot of songs do have strong late 90s elements/connections/or identical sounds. As do many albums from 1994 as well.

Those are actually from late 1997. However, Solid HarmoniE did release this in 1996 (it wasn't a hit though; its only chart placement was #65 in Germany): On the topic of the early Y2K-ish pop, I would add this to the conversation: June 1996This is another one of Max Martin's very early works. In his native Sweden, this was legit popular at the time.

There were also 3D Games for the PC in 1992/93 like Wolfenstein 3D and Doom, although 3D Gaming wasnt really mainstream until at least Late 1996 like you said

There were also 3D Games for the PC in 1992/93 like Wolfenstein 3D and Doom, although 3D Gaming wasnt really mainstream until at least Late 1996 like you said You can say the very earliest year the late 90s and the Y2K have in common with is late 1992. Where comic books franchises coming back, certain kinds of techno music, 3d games, the use of CGI, baggy jeans getting more mainstream, the internet just taking off etc. 1991 was too early. But it wasn't until late 1994/1995 that there was a substantial amount of connections and closer similaries and until 1995-1997 that it was clearer to some extent. 1998 it became most identifiable. These massive attack and prodigy singles from 1994 have a late 90s/Y2kish vibe in a way. So its not just just confined to 1995.
