Can we be certain Thomas even aired in New Zealand? I got the impression longaotian didn’t know who was in my avatar. I could be wrong I guess.

Only for water, but not for soft drinks, as it will make the drink taste watery towards the end, and also, the ice cubes take up a lot of space. Sala Thai, a thai restaurant near where I live charges an additional 50 cents in USD for having no ice in their thai iced teas.
