I've had this idea for a thread for quite a while now. What celebrities do you like/dislike and why?
Celebrities I Like:
Tom Hanks: I think Tom Hanks is one of the biggest role-models in the Hollywood film industry. Not only does he never involve himself in scandals or any issues with the law, but he has starred in many classic films over the years. Forrest Gump and The Green Mile are my favourite films of his.
Morgan Freeman: For much of the same reasons as Tom Hanks. I think he's a highly respectable actor and i'm a fan of quite a lot of his films, such as Deep Impact and The Shawshank Redemption.
Celebrities I Dislike:
The Irwin Family: Steve Irwin excluded, of course. I've never particularly liked Terri Irwin (Steve's wife) and her two children, Bindi and Robert. To me, they come across as very shallow, over-the-top and superficial.
Tom Cruise: I've never liked any of the films that he has starred in and I also think he comes across as being a bit egotistical as well.
I'm sure there's others, although I can't think of them right now.

Yep, I personally find The Irwins (especially Bindi) a bit over the top and exorbitant. I do appreciate their passion for their zoo though.
Logan Paul is high up the list for me, astounds me how he is so popular.

The Kardashians and Jenners as a whole are, by far, my most hated celebrities. They are all famous for literally no other reason except extreme privilege. Rob Kardashian may have been a highly successful lawyer who was at the center of one of the most publicized courtroom cases of all time, but the rest of his family have exploited his success for their own personal gain. If they have any talent at all, it's their ability to manipulate the media landscape of their local Los Angeles so that people would watch their reality TV show and ensure they're buzzing as much on social media as actual news. The Kardashians/Jenners have been ubiquitously huge for the past 12 years and are now basically the American equivalent of the Royal Family in England, which is disgracefully absurd but I guess not surprising considering how shallow and broken the US has gotten.
Dishonorable mentions go to Cardi B, who's at least a real rapper despite being overrated and also bigoted, as well as Tekashi 6ix9ine, whose music is crap and I have no qualms bashing because he has openly admitted to not putting effort into his garbage. I don't resent either of them as much as the Kardashians/Jenners because they both rose to fame through actual facets of talent, as much as I dislike their content, whereas the Kardashians/Jenners epitomize everything about how immoral, lazy, self-entitled, and biased the media is in the 21st Century.

Tomas Ledin. Talented, professional and a very nice person.
I dislike:
Daniel Craig. Conceited and not very honest or open.

Kardashians and Pauls says enough.
Supposedly Kate Gosselin has a new show coming and despite the collective morbid curiosity, I hope everyone boycotts so it gets trash ratings. She is vile.
Also I'm sick of anybody from Dance Moms. Admittedly that show was my guilty pleasure for years, but now most of them are on about their sixteenth minute of fame. To a degree I can't hate on anyone getting what they can monetarily out of the situation. But now that the kids are all high school age or older, I feel like can say "emperors new clothes" in regards to their supposed talent. They're just not interesting outside the craziness of the show.
In general there are just a lot of thirsty people right now that are either related to someone, have been on a reality show and/or on YouTube. Honestly I would just take my money and leave.

I like:
Agnetha Faltskog. Talented and everything I want to be. When I made the decision to change my name, I didn't have to look very far for a suitable one.
I dislike:
Kylie Minogue. Arrogant and so far up herself, she doesn't know whether to sing or break wind. 'Can't Get You Out Of My Head' is one of the most annoying songs ever. Conversely, I love her take on 'Give Me Just A Little More Time'.
