Which would you say is your favourite “go to” online retailer, and why? I still really like shopping in traditional bricks-and-mortar stores of course, but I would personally pick eBay as it has been very helpful in finding stuff I can't find locally over the years. Also, some of the time other local stores with an online presence I’ll purchase stuff from at times.

Amazon. I have Prime. Same-day delivery! I hate shopping in person nowadays, especially in the winter.

I very rarely shop online, but my favourite online retailer would have to be eBay. It's the site that I am most familiar with and I think it offers a great wide range of products.

I'm too scared of getting ripped off on eBay. 😣 I've heard too many horror stories.

I'm too scared of getting ripped off on eBay. 😣 I've heard too many horror stories. I have as well, however it shouldn't put you off from using eBay altogether. Some people just don't have any common sense and they get "ripped off" as a result of buying certain products on impulse. I mean, if something looks far too expensive for what it's worth, why would you choose to buy it? You could possibly purchase the same product elsewhere for a much cheaper price. It doesn't take much effort to simply research what the average price of the product is and compare it to the price that the eBay seller has placed on the product. You just need to take these factors into consideration before deciding to spend your money. There are some products though which would increase the likelihood of the purchaser getting duped. I would personally never consider buying furniture or new clothes off of eBay. For starters, you don't know if the condition of the products are as good as how they are being advertised and people can easily inflate those products if they are of particular value, especially with hugely popular brands like Nike or Addidas. On the other hand, if you were wanting to buy a new video game off of eBay, you should be able to without encountering any issues. No one is going to list FIFA 19 on eBay for say, $130, when someone can easily purchase it for $80-$90 on Amazon.

Stores I can return to locally or that have free shipping because I hate paying for that.

Used to be Amazon, but I prefer eBay now, the prices on shipping are way cheaper.
