"Up and coming" musicians

Billie Eilish released her debut album just a few days ago. I personally haven't listened to any of the songs off the album (besides "Bury a Friend"), but based on the reviews I've read on Rate Your Music, it's unfortunately a huge let-down. The release of the album gave me the idea to create a general discussion thread where we can talk about rising, young talents within the music industry.
I'm not sure if this has been the case elsewhere, but Yungblud is really starting to make headwaves here in Australia. His collaboration with Halsey reached a peak of #23 on the ARIA Charts and the song has been a regular staple on Top-40 radio. I'm personally starting to get tired of hearing it due to how often it has been played on my local Top-40 stations. Yungblud even had an interview with The Project (an Australian primetime news & current affairs program on a commercial free-to-air network) just over a month ago:
In case you're not familiar with him, Yungblud is a 21-year-old punk rocker from South Yorkshire in the UK. His music combines elements of alt-rock, ska and hip-hop, for which he describes as "genre-bending punk with a conscience". I would definitely recommend checking his music out ("Loner" is so far my favourite song of 2019). Like I mentioned in the previous paragraph, he is really starting to make a name for himself down here.
The Newcastle Herald has even referred to him as "the voice of a generation":
