I'm pretty sure nobody who was old enough back then to remember it has forgotten about 9/11, even today. Everyone still forgot about it sooooo. What on Earth are you talking about? How has everyone forgotten about 9/11? It's impacts can still be felt today! Even by the time I was in elementary school we learned and talked about it every year!

Even by the time I was in elementary school we learned and talked about it every year! That's only on its anniversary it doesn't get talked about every second. When i mean't everyone forgot about 9/11 i mean't nobody was talking about or it wasn't in the news like it was or people fearing that there would be another foreign attack.

It seems that you're talking about 9/11's relevancy, not if its remembered. Even still though, it killed 3,000 people and caused a 10 year long war. People don't just stop talking about an event like that.

9/11 had no impact on our sexiness. Stop trying to fit in. And Fortnite isn't even sexy. I'm not trying to fit in tho i'm just glad i wasn't born during the a post 9/11 year that's all and fortnite is lit. Smh, you guys arguing about being born in 2002 or 2004 is useless, you should instead just be jealous you weren't born in 2000, cause that's the real cool generation.

Nah, 2000 isn't cool. 1999 is the coolest generation, because we have a generation-defining hit about our birth year and it was released 17 years before 1999.

We should both be ashame and that was mostly the core Generation Z years chewing tide pods not 13 year olds. And lets not forget that Lil Pump was born in 2000.

Roasted I like 2004-2005 borns, they're basically the same age as my little sister Also the mid-2000s were when birthrates went on a sudden upswing, you all outnumber mid-late 90s and early 2000s borns

Looking back, my ultimate preference would still be to have been born in the Late '80s if I had the choice, but i'm otherwise content with the age I am now and the year I was born in. It's certainly not something I lose sleep over. Also, I've actually come to appreciate the fact that I was a child of the second-half of the 2000s. The Mid 2000s were a stinking turd, but being 8 years old in 2007 was great. That's something I wouldn't change. I actually listened to a "2007 flashback" segment on the radio this morning and hearing those songs made me realise that the Late 2000s in general were a great time to have been a kid. It was the last era before smartphones became ubiquitous, the last when rock music was still considered "cool" etc. 2007 and 2008 are years I look back on with a lot of fondness.

I still would have preferred to have been born in the late '70s or early '80s. The more time goes on, the more I realize I relate so much more to late Generation X than millennials in general. It's just an ethos thing.
