Or, if you don't agree with the Death Penalty, do you think it should be a Class Two or Class One Felony, meaning 20 years to life? Any other opinions regarding this subject?
For individuals that molest children 11 years of age and younger, if the case is proven with evidence that is undeniable, I think they should face at least a 15 year sentence, and in more severe cases of this, I really don't think the death penalty would be all that bad of an idea at all, that individual is a danger to society and keeping him incarcerated indefinitely is quite inhumane for someone that mentally ill, so I'd say putting him out of his misery would actually be the more humane approach, and it would save taxpayer money as well. Impure activity with a 12 or 13 year old should result in a Class Three or Four Felony with at least a 5 year sentence, and impure activity with a 14 or 15 year old should result in a misdemeanor with at least a 6 month sentence. 16+ with consent should be fully legal, as by that age, most of them already have the appearance and maturity of a young adult, and they're old enough to get a driver's license on top of that.
What is your opinion on this matter? Should Child Molesters face the Death Penalty, or do you think there is a better, more humane alternative?

I think it should be for sure 20 years to life and depending on the person, life or even death penalty. I can also see the person just needing to get some serious help with therapy and such, but that’s something that should be taken care of before so they don’t do such a thing, even if they need help they still need some form of punishment for what they did to ths minor for possibly messing up their mentally and even physical.

I have mixed feelings on this. I really don't think that there should be a single form of sentencing for child abuse charges, because every case is different and the punishment handed down should reflect the severity of the crime. Personally, I don't think the death penalty should come into play at all (even though it isn't legal here). I'm of the opinion that the death penalty is an easy way out for prisoners and justice isn't served by allowing the prisoner to die instead of serving out a lengthy prison sentence.
Rehabilitation shouldn't be discounted. Having visited a jail before, one thing I've come to realise is that there are some genuinely decent people who are serving time in jails across the country (as hard as that may be to believe). Yes, they've done something stupid to be put into jail in the first place, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they don't have good values or a conscience. People can come out of jail as much better people than when they first went in. Look, some people are never going to recover to a level where they can function in society, however that's not to say that everyone who has been charged with child abuse is the same way.
Depending on the circumstances, they should serve a very lengthy sentencing in jail (15/20 years - life) for what they've done, however rehabilitation should be offered as well.

I asked my mum. She says use them for chemical testing (instead of using animals)
Find a dessered island and leave them all there to do as they please with each other.
Basically make their lives hell
