The huge amount of celebrities, age 19-26 can pass for 14/15-17. If you look at the 1950s- some point in the 2000s actors and actresses tended to look older. Marilyn Monroe age 23:  She's all that (1999) I imagine if that made this film today everyone would look roughly closer to age 15 in comparison.

Paul Rudd was recently voted People's "Sexiest Man Alive" at 52, which makes him the third oldest man to receive the title. I'd say he looks younger now, he hasn't really changed much.

For Selena Gomez, it's mostly because she has a very round face, which makes her look more youthful. More impressive is Jennifer Lopez. She's now 52 but she looks almost exactly like she did in her early 30s.

She could pass for 17,18 by 90s and and early 2000s standards. People are so used to 18 year olds looking 12, its not no, this is what a 18 year should like like lol.
