Nice. I never collected those Mr. Bean comics to be honest. However, I used to collect the K-Zone magazines for years when I was younger. I rarely get magazines or print stuff these days, but I still occasionally get the Australian Aviation magazine whenever I see it. They are always interesting to read if you don’t get it already @zampakid . 🙂 australianaviation.com.au

The images are not showing up. Seems like it is down or something. I have just been using the ‘add attachment’ option instead of ‘add image to post’. Edit: It’s working now...

Haha, this is really nifty! I found a Christmas wishlist I made when I was 7.

Haha, nice! Looks like you had quite a number of things on it you wished for that particular year! How many of said things did you actually receive from the big man in red though (you probably don’t remember most of them though!)?

I got the "Book of Knowledge", "Space Science" (another book), the "Cosmic rocket kit" and an electric keyboard (which, funnily enough, I used maths to try and work out the price of it ). I still own all of them today.

Haha, yeah. I also got a keyboard (battery operated one) as a Christmas present one year when I was younger.
Very similar to this one actually!

I won't be able to look for it on YouTube at the moment (i'm about to log off for the night ), but the electric keyboard I own was quite different to the one you had. I might look for it on YouTube sometime tomorrow, just out of curiosity.

Haha, yours would've had far better and with more features than mine considering this model was from the mid to late 90s when I got it. 😜

Really interesting. I used to draw up my own mock TV guides as well whe I was younger! 😋 Pretty good drawings for a 6 year old I must say. Thanks for sharing these, it’s amazing how looking back on these things triggers so many memories. 🙂 Other things I used to do in my childhood was I had a habit of wanting to cut out all the characters and such from the old instruction booklets that came with video games (I used to own a Nintendo 64 and PlayStation 1 btw) and rearrange them in scrapbooks and put my own drawing alongside of them (I think I still have these somewhere too). Not sure why I did it to be honest, but it’s not something I would ever think about doing now as I try to keep things like these in almost mint condition.😛 Lol i remember when I was young I used to make my own laptops with color paper and draw keyboards on them.

Hmm, the Jonk definitely doesn't look like the original Xbox console. I drew this back when I was 9. One of my favourite activities was to make up my own imaginary gaming-consoles. The description I wrote for the "Jonk" console is such a sign of it's time. "For internet use Jonk has a wire to connect to computers and is very popular". That was back in 2008, which was before Wi-Fi networks started to become popular.

Well it was only brand new at the time. Wow! Pretty expensive piece of hardware. Considering the Xbox 360 sold from between $500-$650 depending what model you bought on release back in 2006. Yours must be pretty advanced stuff!

A few days ago, I rediscovered this story I wrote when I was in Year 1. It's from December 2006. I seriously wonder what my teacher must have thought about me writing a story about a shark "chewing on meat". Very depressing stuff.

Wow, this is cringeworthy. I know I made it just as a joke, but it's still pretty bad.
