Harry Styles: His debut solo album was hugely successful when it was released in 2017, but I honestly haven't heard anything of him since he was touted as being cast for James Bond about 18 months ago. What has he been up to since then?
Jason Derulo: "Want to Want Me" was his last major worldwide hit and that was released over four years ago now.
G.R.L: Had a massive hit with "Ugly Heart" back in 2014 and a moderately successful song in the form of "Lighthouse", but have disappeared since.
Jessie J: Have no idea what she has been up to since she appeared on The Voice: Australia as a judge back in 2016.
Can you think of any other artists/bands from this decade who were reasonably successful at one point and have since seemingly vanished from the public's consciousness?

This will be a good thread.
John Newman: Had a hit in 2013 with Love Me Again, featured on Rudimental's Feel The Love and Not Given In but hasn't been seen much since.

Haven't heard from Meghan Trainor in probably 3 years. Last time I heard her songs was in 2016 or something like that.

Adele has all but gone into obscurity by now. I thought her 2015 comeback was a little half-baked.

B.O.B - He looked like he was going to be one of the most iconic names of the 2010s decade, but after 2010 he quickly turned into the biggest punching bag in hip hop music.
Cher Lloyd - She was becoming a much more mature, yet still charismatic musician on her sophomore album. Too bad it tanked badly on both sides of the Atlantic. She's pretty much a nonentity now.
Demi Lovato - Is she coming out with anything soon? It feels like she's overdue for a new single.
Lorde - I have no idea why her second album was such a commercial failure, considering its critical acclaim. If Halsey could endure as one of the biggest pop stars in the world, why not Lorde?
Pharrell Williams - It feels like he retreated back behind the mix board after the polarizing reception of "Freedom".
Kesha - Although it seems like she doesn't want to be the megastar she was in the early 2010s anymore.
David Guetta - He hasn't really been able to produce smash hits since his album 7 flopped. I guess Marshmello replaced him.

"Green Light" was a reasonably big hit in Australia and New Zealand, however I don't think the single (or the album) was successful elsewhere.

Olly Murs: Had a couple of big hits with Troublemaker and Dear Darlin in 2013, but hasn't had anything really successful since then. I think he is still going alright in the UK.
Karmin: Were successful with Brokenhearted and Acapella in 2012-13, but have now started a new project.
This is from a perspective of what was successful in Australia.

I wish they'd all fade into obscurity except George Ezra, Lewis Capaldi, Gavin James and Arcade Fire.

What happened to Galantis? "Peanut Butter Jelly" was a massive hit during the second-half of 2015, but they also had relatively successful hits in the form of "Runaway" and "No Money". It's as if they vanished from the face of the earth after 2016.

Neon Trees is another one, had a couple of frequently played songs with Animal and Everybody Talks in 2011-12

The Wanted would definitely be in this category. I still remember "Glad You Came" being huge around 2012, but after that they disappeared.
Same with Passion Pit, it seems after 2012 music really saw a new identity (and not necessarily for the better).

Or maybe I am thinking of another band. Walk The Moon seemed to disappear after Shut Up and Dance.

This song was everywhere during the last few months of 2015. I remember The Loop (a music show that airs on 10Peach) played this song to death at the time and there were a few kids in my grade who liked playing it through their portable speakers during break or PE. Lunchmoney Lewis had another hit in the form of "Whip It" some months later, but since the second-half of 2016 or so, he seemed to have disappeared from the spotlight. Walk The Moon seemed to disappear after Shut Up and Dance. Did Walk The Moon achieve a hit besides "Shut Up and Dance" though? I feel as though they would actually make a good example of a 2010s one-hit wonder.
