Definitely this interview from 2008. It's about a 16-year old teen who invited hundreds of people on Myspace to go to a party at his house while his parents were gone. The story got national attention here in Australia. Does anyone else remember this? If you haven't watched it, do so. You'll get a laugh out of how "of it's time" it is.

Does anyone else remember this? Definitely, because that incident was in the news at/around the same time the Nine Network reinstated the dots (or spheres as they insisted on calling them at the time) to their logo for the "we❤️tv" On-Air Presentation relaunch. IIRC, Corey Delaney/Worthington went onto become an intruder in the Big Brother house for the final Network Ten season of the program later in 2008 and has much more recently been a contestant on Australian Ninja Warrior...something among those likes.

This song (a cover of John Lennon's "Happy Xmas (War Is Over)") happened to be played during a Christmas countdown special I was watching on a music channel this afternoon. It was the first time I had ever heard of this band or listened to the song. The song was released back in 2005 by pop-punk band Street Drum Corps and given the time period, it is pretty much like an Emo Christmas song. You'll get a laugh out of how "of it's time" it is.

Can you believe this was the epitome of cool at some point?
I can't think of many things that have grown more tacky than this.

This song here. Man was this an anthem for Hispanics back in 04 especially Puerto Ricans. In the video one of the girls was holding a T-mobile sidekick I remember 2 other songs in 2004 that used the same beat. Even Mr. Worldwide used this beat The original source

While I’m at it. Remember the 3 songs in 2003 that used this beat?

Yikes. Phone designs back then (besides iPhones) had identity crises. LOL. Sidekicks looked good, though.
