"Blue" is a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine, to be honest. It might be stupid, but I think it's good. None of the songs I shared above were even released yet, when I was born.

I was just about to post a couple of songs that were on the NZ Top 40 in the week I was born, but then I realised they were nearly all released in 1999 so I couldn't post them lol

They are still technically songs from the year you were born, even though they were released in 1999. I'm pretty much in the same situation. If I were to list songs from the week I was born, most of them would have been released in 1998, lol.

Tbh I don't know a lot of songs from the ealry-mid 90s I'm the complete opposite. The Early-Mid '90s are my favourite era for music, so I know a lot of songs that were released during that time.

Here's a few more from 1999. I'm listening to music on YouTube at the moment, so I just thought I would share a few more. There were a lot of "cheesy" songs which came out in 1999. I remember that song being everywhere in 2008..... Yep! For a while, it was basically inescapable!
