in name no, but in atmosphere yes How? The majority of core 2010s trends are now gone, one of the biggest zeigiest movements of the 2010s Hipster is dead and has been since atleast 2017/2018.

I've been meaning to write an extensive analytical blog post about the death of the hipster by the way - if I wrote it, would anyone here read it? Just trying to gauge interest, thanks.

I don't think so. If that were the case, then I would have already seen some significant changes in fashion, politics, gaming, etc. Right now, everything is nearly the same as it was even a year or two ago. I agree with those who said that people would see 2019 as a late '10s year in the future.

There has been significant changes in fashion, the hipster look is dead, Baggy oversized clothing has been rising 2016, metallic clothing is back. Stripes are back as well. As far as TV goes, Game of Thrones is gone, Walking Dead is no longer popular, Dystopian TV shows and movies are dead. The core 2010s losing it's influence took 2 years

The core the 2010s losing its influence took two years The hipster look may be out, but that doesn't mean fashion has majorly changed. I also have not seen people wear baggy clothing at all, so what are you talking about? It's still slim and nice fitting. Game of Thrones may have ended, but it is still relevant today. It only concluded three months ago. I also mentioned all the other elements, and they are still the same. Not much has changed as you would like to believe. The super transformative year will be next year.

The core 2010s losing it's influence took 2 years Dystopian movies/TV are dead because we are living in a dystopian era. I think the reason reboots/remakes/sequels are so popular right now is because people are clinging to the familiar during very difficult/uncertain times.

Well, LA and NY are only two cities, and they don't represent the entire country for fashion. Hipsterism may be gone, but most of the fashion trends from this decade are still here.
