I would say 2010 and 2016. 2010 because the very start of a decade always feels odd and 2016 because that entire year was a fever dream.

Yeah I'd have to go with the others, 2013 was really weird with the Harlem Shake somehow being #1 for the whole month of March. There were also some strange hits like "What Does The Fox Say?"

It had a spooky vibe because of the end of the world stuff, I also dated someone who was into dark arts. Was a scary time, I think 2012 in general didn't really know what it wanted to be yet.

Definitely 2013 IMO. It was still kinda early 2010's but you could tell the mid-2010's were coming as well.

Obviously 2016, that year is still a mystery to me in how much bad stuff can be contained in a single year. And I guess 2014 was a pretty odd too from a cultural standpoint, very hipster looking yet so much silly songs were charting and odd stuff like Flappy Bird and Ice Bucket challenge were big.
