I am sure you have heard Yungblud on the radio this past month or so, aside from his cover most of his songs are like a fusion of rock and hip hop. Some of it leans pop punk some alternative some hip hop.

Yeah, he pulled me in back in 2017 with Tin Pan Boy. I knew he was going to be big.

Bit of an overstatement. Yungblud's only success in the mainstream to date has been his collaboration with Halsey ("11 Minutes"), which managed to chart within the Top-40 here in Australia (but didn't elsewhere). He has a decent sized following, but I wouldn't call him "big" or a "defining artist" in any way. He still has a long way to go if he were to ever obtain that title. It would be great if Yungblud was able to achieve more mainstream success though. I think "Loner" is a genuinely good song, however i'm not really a fan of his other releases.
