Yup, I knew this was the time the Y2K era ended. There were some Y2K elements still roaming around but its no longer dominant. By the way, how did you make the Farewell Y2K era photo with all the music albums and stuff? Looks great!

Thanks, I used my Ipad it has a program where you can arrange things, May 2001 had this vibe floating around as I have said before, the vibe was like a sigh of relief like phewww alright this era is winding down or is already over. Had a few more weeks left of 7th grade at this time but the vibe was pretty weird. We weren't quite sure of where culture was going but we knew it was changing. I hated Shrek by the way because of all the advertisements on billboards and tv at the time. No one still had a PS2 yet due to MASSIVE shortages, ps1 and n64 were still played by everyone. Weezer's hash pipe was so catchy at the time. I spent the remainder of this month roaming the halls at school because I was so bored lol

But I thought you liked the Y2K era Oh I loved it, but the very end of it was very boring very very very boring, it like ended on the most boring note. It was quite the juxtaposition because the following 2001-2002 year was the most exciting of the 2000s for me. Love the y2k era but just hate the way it ended.

I remember doing the most stupidest of ish in May 2001 to make time move, I remember drawing connect the dots on my paper and slowly doing it for an hour each period and then leaving for the bathroom and walking into random class rooms and chilling LOL it was so boring I couldn't wait for it to end lol I remember once I walked out of class and walked for 1 hour to the next town and walked back and said that the principle wanted to talk to me.

The amount of excuses I came up with that month were unreal.

Every English class in high school, we go SO SLOW, because none of the things in English class interested me, so I just went on my phone and browse instagram, snapchat, inthe00s, and popedia. Its quite my second lowest mark in High school right now, sitting at an 89 average.
