Quick question here... What’s the head “banner” supposed to be and where did you get it from SharksFan99 ? I got it from this website: www.pexels.com/search/background/I liked the look of it, so I decided to use it for the banner. Although, I originally intended it to be temporary, because I had no idea what I should have as a banner. I'll probably change it at some point.

OK. I was thinking of something that actually better tells you what the forum is all about as that really doesn’t I feel. Something that users know is the place to discuss pop culture and such. In saying that, I’m not sure how you would go about implementing that at the moment though haha.

OK. I was thinking of something that actually better tells you what the forum is all about as that really doesn’t I feel. Something that users know is the place to discuss pop culture and such. In saying that, I’m not sure how you would go about implementing that at the moment though haha. That's a good idea! I was actually thinking about doing something like that when I was choosing/making a banner, although I wasn't really sure what I could have done for a banner. I will have to really think about it. It would be good to have a banner which ties in with the media and/or pop culture.

I really appreciate it! I didn't really have anything in mind for the banner, in all honesty. I like the look of the photos you shared, so I decided to pick one and see how it looks. Yep, I realise that the text does clash with the text, although that can be easily fixed. I'm thinking about turning it into a "text-box" and placing it on the bottom right-hand corner. Also, sorry I didn't reply back to you straight-away.  I was actually in the process of doing so earlier, but then I got caught up with something else and I completely forgot about it.

I haven't been too stressed, although i'm not looking forward to my maths exam on Monday (i'm pretty ordinary at maths ).

I know this is an old thread, but I thought it would be worth reviving anyway, as I don't think there has been a more recent thread asking for people's opinions of the forum/homepage background.
Do you like the current light-blue background of the default theme ("Minimalist" theme) or do you think it should be changed to something else? If you're using another theme, do you like the background of the theme that you are using?
