I thought this might make for an interesting topic because in some countries, such as in Germany, lunch is traditionally the biggest meal of the day, not dinner. It can obviously vary from person to person as well. When do you generally eat your biggest meal of the day? My biggest meal of the day is always dinner-time, though if I have a hamburger or something filling for lunch, I will generally have a "lighter" dinner. I broke that rule of convention today though by having satay chicken and fried rice for lunch an hour ago. I will probably just have meatballs for dinner now, something easy.

Lunch is my biggest meal of the day, I like to supposedly eat light by dinner time since its what my diet would suggest. You gain more weight when going to sleep after a heavy stomach.

In my country lunch is the biggest meal of the day. We usually eat beef or chicken/sausage with rice and/or pasta with pressure-cooked beans + vegetables and juice/water/soda. We put spices (seasoning), vegetables and the occasional pepperoni and/or bacon in the beans lol.
Dinner is ligher, usually bread or corn meal with eggs or some other stuff.
Breakfast is usually bread with eggs/butter and coffee. This is not an uncommon sight in my country!
