They don't quite do it "right," though - they listed about 10 top movies and 20 assorted favorites, out of chronological order and not really covering every year of the decade. Still, it's an interesting read because I do think they at least did a good job of covering the major movie events of the decade, not to mention there are some interesting picks I wouldn't mind watching in the future. You can see the full article here: www.nytimes.com/2019/11/24/movies/best-movies-2010s-decade.htmlFeel free to discuss their selections, and maybe your own selections. Maybe what I'll do is put together a top 10 list of my own, with one movie for each year.

Most of their selections look accurate to me. Frozen and The Avengers should be within any Top-10 list by default, but I also agree with the decision to include American Sniper and Star Wars: The Force Awakens in the list as well. I think the latter was one of the best-performing movies at the box office this decade. I'm not familiar with the other movies to be able to make a comment about them, although I have heard of that Bridesmaids movie before.
These are the movies I would pick:
1. The Avengers 2. Frozen 3. The Avengers : Endgame 4. Star Wars: The Force Awakens 5. Despicable Me 6. Fast & Furious 7 7. Jurassic World. 8. American Sniper 9. The Hunger Games 10. Life of Pi

List's okay, but it lacks "Interstellar" in my opinion, and very surprised to not see "Inception" on the list.
