Anyone else no longer find Christmas exciting?

Back during the early part of this decade, during my early teens, I was always excited for Christmas.
For me, like others, Christmas has always been more exciting because of the presents, rather than all the mushy family stuff. That's how it is when you're a kid, you want, want, want, and Christmas gives you an excuse to get your parents obliged to get you stuff you want.
But now that I'm in my twenties, I feel I have all I need material wise, and anything I'd like to have I'd prefer to buy myself as I would know what to do with it upon buying it, unlike other people buying stuff I don't know about where I don't know whether I'll have a place for that thing or not. Because of this, Christmas, along with my birthday, with are both in December, no longer have that excitement factor they used to have. I'm fine with buying presents for other people, but I would prefer to buy them presents when they don't expect it, as that would be far more special.
Not only that, but I also don't like hearing Christmas music everywhere. I haven't liked Christmas music since I was a kid, a lot of Christmas music played include antiquated hits from the '30s and '40s, an over abundance of covers of Christmas carols, or cheesy pop hits such as Wham's "Last Christmas" or Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas Is You". If I were to be honest, the only Christmas song I like is Paul McCartney's "Wonderful Christmastime", though maybe I could also include "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer" and "Frosty the Snowman" over nostalgic reasons since I loved the claymation and animated specials as a kid. But honestly, Christmas music I get sick of rather quickly. Yeah, it's December, it's the Holiday Season, that doesn't mean you need to shove it down everyone's throats.
Also, there's a huge abundance of Christmas movies, and many of them are shitty cheesy chick flicks or family flicks. Many people try to pass off "Die Hard" as their Christmas movie of choice, using the excuse that it takes place during Christmas, but I think in reality they're just seeking a loophole so they could watch something good and no cheesy shit during the Holiday Season. Hey, this actually is a good idea, in fact I'm gonna pass "Dumb and Dumber" as my Christmas movie of choice because the main character's name is "Lloyd Christmas", I don't care that it takes place during March, I got my excuse to watch something good that I like...
Okay, all rambling aside, I don't like the Holiday Season. To me, special moments with family and friends should come naturally, and should not happen at a forced date commemorating an over-commercialized holiday. Also, like I already said, I have everything I need now, I don't need an abundance of material gifts.
But all rambling aside, do you agree with me, do you also find Christmas to no longer be exciting as it was when you were a kid?
