I'm an Atheist as well.
I believe there is an after-life of some kind, but whether that is in the form of Heaven or a God, i'm not sure. I personally find it hard to believe that there is a God, when there is so much suffering in the world. Of course, that's just my own personal opinion. I respect everyone else's beliefs.

I also find it hard to believe and God sounds fictional,Imo Thanks.  I personally find it hard to believe that there is a God, but if other people believe there is, I completely understand that and I respect their beliefs.

I thought all western people are Christian but it seems like not really 😂 (Anyway I'm non-practicing Buddhist) Traditionally that likely would have been the case, but Western people are beginning to embrace other ideologies and belief systems. For instance, my Society & Culture teacher in Years 11 and 12 was a non-practicing Buddhist and her family is of European descent.

old thread but i just don’t have any religious beliefs. i don’t even consider myself atheist, it’s just not something i ever think about. honestly don’t care how the universe began or whether god is real
