I wish 3 years ago were now because I really wasted all my free time after graduating overthinking about the past and doing nothing assuming I'd be able to monetize my videos someday.

"Groove Is In The Heart" was one of the first songs I heard after the clock struck midnight last night and it occurred to me that this song is now 30 years old. 1990 is now three decades ago!  I love this little organic house tune by the way! It's very early 90s

Really? The whole '60s/'70s throwback thing strikes me as very mid- and late '90s. Stuff like Mystery Men, the Scooby-Doo live action movie, the Flintstones movies, all of those swing revival bands (Cherry Poppin' Daddies, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, etc.), and on.

When I was younger, I used to think it was a Madonna song.

Once 2020 arrives: 2019 will be a year ago 2018 will be 2 years ago 2017 will be 3 years ago 2016 will be 4 years ago 2015 will be 5 years ago 2014 will be 6 years ago 2013 will be 7 years ago 2012 will be 8 years ago 2011 will be 9 years ago 2010 will be 10 years ago I'm already baffled that my senior year started 2 years ago. I can't imagine what it feels like to realize that you've graduated 10+ years ago.
Also yay 900th posts in and I still can't spoiler a post properly.

2013 being 8 years ago is something that i'm genuinely in disbelief over, how can the year of #hashtags, selfies and the Harlem Shake already be so long ago?  It still feels connected to the world of today. Also, it's starting to hit home that my high school years are becoming more and more distant. Next year will be 9 years since I started Year 7 and it will also be 4 years since I graduated.
