Mostly no.
If a person has confidence even though they have obesity, then that's a good thing as it shows how much they love themselves. It's also ok to show their confidence and spread an inspiring message saying 'Fat doesn't mean ugly or depressed' to those who are insecure.
However, constructive critical comments are always gonna be made saying "I appreciate the confidence but thats kind of unhealthy," and while it might make the person feel insecure, they either have a choice to start losing weight from working out and dieting, or just keep their confidence, but I'd lean towards option A like I did. Obesity can create certain health problems and even mental disorders, something I felt before like depression and fatigue, so I had to listen to what people say since I really wanted and needed to feel better, and I'm happy I did. On the other hand, it is their choice to either remain that way or do something about it.
Fat shouldn't be glorified however, thats whats really patronizing. Yes, we shouldn't body or slut-shame others like "Fuck you fatass," it only hurts people without help, but its also important to give constructive criticism and tips to lose weight. It's really patronizing for a lot of obese or recovered-obese patients that have a lot of insecurities about themselves, and saying "Being fat is good, stay that way," is really patronizing and makes me cringe and infuriated.
Your physical and mental health are related, and its better to take hard tasks like working out instead of being lazy playing Fortnite all day in the basement eating pizza or Doritos, its unhealthy, but its your choice.

I dont wanna be fat again and people especially my mother saying "Yeah its ok to be obese" even though I had lots of insecurities last year and depression. It took me several months to lose 65 lbs and that progress shouldn't be wasted.

I don't think there is ever a context in which you can tell indirectly someone to lose weight if they are obese, unless this is a very close person and you are able to them them in a constructive and caring way or you are a doctor and you have to report that they are at risk because of their weight. So i'm not sure if it is a matter of accepting.
Some people intentionally like to gain weight for whatever reason or prefer to stay that despite the drawbacks, I wouldn't feel the need to tell them what to do with their lives or be patronizing. You can make the same argument for other widely accepted behaviors that involve risk.
Gaining significant weight was a marker of beauty in the past and may be in some cultures as well. I don't see the point judging a guy who likes bigger woman for example.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that, lower risk of getting heart disease too! 😀

Obesity is just a symptom of a broader problem, losing weight doesn’t just happen instantly and society should on some level accommodate to overweight people especially to make a part of they’re lives more comfortable.
I’ve also noticed that in places like in the rural or suburban US these cases of high obesity levels are an epidemic and part of me wonders how much is it because they live in isolated areas where walking is hard. There’s a reason big urban centers in the US and a big part of the reason is because a lot of people in cities like New York don’t have a dependency on cars as much to just get from point A to point B with the reliance on cars.
Sure there’s people like Tammy Slaton who are just stubborn and don’t put much energy into losing weight and bettering they’re conditions. But I’d argue she has a multitude of mental problems that aren’t being addressed as opposed to just her weight which is what’s contributing to it.
