Inspired by an innocent post by SharksFan99 - do you have any plans to spend the first day of the decade? Unfortunately, my foreign nationals have chosen for me: I’m spending today revising their Green Card letters to make sure they don’t screw anything up for themselves.  How about you guys?

I am being a family man and going to my aunt's house for lunch. I am heading to work and then go grocery shopping. Ah, no day off? That sucks! its because I began working at a military base a few months ago. I can request the day off though next time.

I went to visit my nephew and niece they're 1 and (almost) 3 respectively. Well they're not actually related to me but d'awww they were so adorable. My niece ate spicy I think for the first time and she turned so red and started screaming, but she kept eating because it was delicious.  And then she forced me and her brother to a tea party with her dolls. Hmm, I won't ever forget my first day of the 2020s that's for sure.

I mentioned this in the other thread, but I caught up with two of my friends at a kebab shop in Warilla. We ordered lunch there and then went over to the boat ramp in Oak Flats (a nearby suburb) to have them. The doner kebabs were nice and I'd definitely go there again, but that part of Warilla is an absolute hellhole.
