I can definitely remember Bring Me The Horizon, Pierce The Veil in the mid 2010s, specifically 2015 users would listen to on this anime community site I used to go to.

To the extent that Emo is making a comeback, it's mostly because the group that like it as high schoolers are around 30, and the group that liked it as junior high schoolers are most in their 20s, so it's at that peak point for a comeback. It will probably only get bigger as the '20s go along, with '00s nostalgia as a whole getting bigger. I always knew EMO would come back, I welcome it, there is something about emo pop punk atmosphere that seems oh so familiar

00’s nostalgia, eboys, Billie Eilish, MCR reunion are all valid. I’ve also been seeing a good amount of memes mentioning emo, as well as the “rawring 20s xD”.

I have been noticing a huge rise of '00s nostalgia lately. Early '00s nostalgia has been big for a few years, but even that is getting bigger with that era being 20 years ago, and the mid '00s have started to get more notice lately too. That peak era of the '00s where Emo was mostly dominant will probably be the big thing after around 5 more years or so.
