A lot of obscure material get lost to time unfortunately. Particularly disks that were distributed in very limited ways are extremely difficult to find again.
It's possible that the song in particular was a radio exclusive from a local indie artist that whoever added to the site recorded it on a tape and mistook it as that artist. Or it could be just a self-written hoax song from the submitter themself.
