Without a doubt. The ending leaves a *little* bit to be desired but it’s such a strong journey there. Memorable characters, a really unique post-apocalyptic world, and The Dark Tower series even has references and connections to other books and book series of his.

As I said, it’s considered to be his magnum opus...the travesty of a movie adaptation notwithstanding.
